SEGMA (granite and marble company) is a subsidiary of the AZIZI Group with the objective of diversifying its operations.
SEGMA has three licenses for the research and exploitation of marble and granite quarries in the north and south of Mauritania:

- INAL (north, along the railway line): 1,500 km²;
- STAL OGMANE (North): 1,500 km²
- M’BOUT (South, near Senegal River): 444 km².
The research permit area presents different geological formations that can be prospected for the identification of decorative rocks.
